Richard O'Connell
Hi my name is Richard O’Connell and I drive a 2017 Volkswagen GTI. This is my first Volkswagen and it definitely won’t be my last! I really enjoy the form and function of my mk7. I’m so proud of all the work I’ve put into this car and am excited for more to come!
Another passion of mine is automotive photography. I love bringing to life these beautiful builds in a picture. Capturing the perfect picture is such a satisfying feeling. Seeing people’s reaction to their build in professionally taken pictures brings such a sense of pride and continues my drive to become a better photographer.
I thoroughly enjoy the Volkswagen and Audi communities because everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Paying this forward has been a goal of mine as we all have to start somewhere. I also want to show the positive side of the car community as all too often it receives a bad rap which can sour anyone's first taste of this amazing community.
