Fast Free Insured Shipping

Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $199 or more. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout. Even though expedited shipping is not free we will still discount the free shipping option from the expedited shipping cost for you. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship via UPS or USPS. These items are usually large freight or bulky items such as engine blocks, etc.

Orders over $3000 Ship with a signature requirement only.

Turnaround Time

The majority of orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 2pm CT (3pm ET/ 1pm MT/ 12pm PT). Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

Transit Times

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

Out-Of-Stock Orders

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Jen Speed Solutions reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

APO / PO Box Shipments

Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will need to select USPS as the shipping carrier during checkout. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you have added a large item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is probably too large to ship to your postal box. If you choose to have your APO or PO Box shipment sent via a different carrier, we suggest verifying the delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing the order. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot delivered parcels to your post office box or APO the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.

Damaged / Lost Shipment

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Jen Speed Solutions is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

DUTIES AND TAXES

-When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

-Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

-Jen Speed Solutions does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

-The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of USA), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

-If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the United States of America, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Jen Speed Solutions.

-International shipping may change and it will be reflected on check-out. Therefore, a balance of shipping fee invoice will be sent to the customer to complete transaction.

 DELIVERY TIMING

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please contact us in our Contact Us Page to verify the details. Jen Speed Solutions does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of USA for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.

SHIPPING TERMS

-Jen Speed Solutions is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

-Jen Speed Solutions cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

-Jen Speed Solutions is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

Disclaimer: International shipping may vary regarding on the international location. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.

Backorder Items Policy

What is a Backorder Item?

Backorder Items are items that are temporarily out of stock but are available for purchase on our site. These items are very popular and sell out extremely quickly. For this reason we have allowed customers to reserve these items by placing a Backorder. Order and pay now and we will ship it when it comes in. We fill all Backorders in the order they are received. By ordering early you will be earlier in line when it comes to getting a highly sought after item. We also ship Backorders in the order they were received. This means your order will ship out before orders for the same item placed once the item is in stock. Backorder Items can only be ordered on our web site to ensure your place in line. We cannot take phone orders for Backorder Items.

Do you require prepayment for a Backorder Item?

Yes. When you place an order for a Backorder Item, we process full payment for the item(s) the same as we process payments for in-stock items. Payment guarantees your place in line so you receive the item at the earliest possible date.

Can I cancel an order for a Backorder Item?

No. Backorders may not be cancelled for full refund at any time until the date they are shipped. 

Will I receive notification when my order ships?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. You will also be notified by e-mail when your order ships including the tracking number. As a reminder, customers are responsible for tracking the arrival of their order. JEN SPEED SOLUTIONS is not responsible for e-mail notifications that were not received. Common email problems include misspelled or outdated e-mail addresses, SPAM filtering, host service blocks or the customers’ inability to access their e-mails.
